First, make sure that you have actually installed the plugin and
not just downloaded to somewhere on your hard drive. For Internet
Explorer users, the installation process is typically taken care
of for you automatically when you visit the installation link. For
Netscape users, you will need to execute the file that you downloaded
from Macromedia.
Although it is the norm for the courses to run immediately after
installing Authorware Web Player, for various reasons, you might
have to restart the browser in order for the plugin to load properly.
In extreme cases, you might have to restart the whole computer.

Due to the compression standards we used in order to deliver audio
without taking up too much bandwidth, the audio may appear tinny
or echo-y in some cases. We are currently working on new compression
standards that will improve this.
However, in the meantime, we do recommend that you mute or lower
the volume on your microphone setting in order to cut the feedback
loop that enhances the tinny, echo-effect.

You can find out this and much more about our courses by visiting
the catalog. The catalog
contains detailed course descriptions including overview, outline,
prerequisites, and descriptions of any labs.
